Is Zenstox a scam?

Not on the evidence available, and that is a real distinction. Zenstox sits on a genuine Seychelles licence held by a company the regulator lists. The problems are a weak licence, a Chilean warning, and a marketing claim that should not exist.

The licence is real

The site says Zenstox is "a brand name owned and operated by VIE FINANCE SEY LTD [...] with license number SD123". We read the Seychelles FSA securities dealer register on 14 September 2026: VIE FINANCE SEY LTD is listed, its declared trade names are Zenstox, Sencillo and 200Invest, and zenstox.com is a declared website.

One caveat: the Seychelles register publishes no licence numbers for any entity, so SD123 itself cannot be verified there. The firm and the trade name are confirmed; the number is not.

What that licence is worth

No compensation scheme if the firm fails, no statutory leverage cap, no ombudsman, and light capital requirements. A tier-three licence is real regulation and it is not the protection most people assume.

The Chilean warning

On 8 January 2026 Chile's CMF named "ZENSTOX, VIE FINANCE SEY LTD, XCITE MOBILE TRADING, XCITE MOBILE TRADING (APP), which operates on the website www.zenstox.com" in a notice on unregulated platforms. That is a statement about authorisation to operate in Chile, not a finding that the Seychelles licence is fake.

The claim that matters most

The site advertises "0%* risk within your first protected positions", with the asterisk explaining that "depending on your account type, your first 5-15 positions will be protected". The Arabic site carries the same promise.

There is no risk-free leveraged trade. The FCA, ESMA and ASIC each prohibit claims of this shape, because they are the most effective way to get an inexperienced person to place a first trade.

Two smaller findings

• Address mismatch. The site says Room B11, Providence Complex. The FSA register says Room 10, Deenu's Building.
• A domain the warning does not cover. The CMF named zenstox.com. The Arabic site is at ar.zenstox.org and its portal at login.zenstox.net, so a reader on the Arabic site searching for warnings about that domain finds nothing.

No leverage, spread or commission figure is published anywhere, while the tiers advertise percentage "discounts".

What to do

Disregard the 0% risk line. Ask for leverage, spreads and commission in writing before depositing. Ask which address is correct. Understand that no compensation scheme covers a Seychelles licence.
