Corrections
If a rating on this site is factually wrong, tell us and show us. Register entries, contract clauses, screenshots with dates and transaction references all help. Anything we can verify gets corrected quickly, and the change is recorded in that broker’s changelog with the reason. We would rather be corrected than be wrong in public.
If you are a broker
Every broker we rate has a free right of reply. Send your response and we publish it unedited beneath the review, clearly attributed, whether or not we agree with it.
If you want the verdict itself to change, send evidence that the underlying facts have changed: a new licence, a named custodian for segregated funds, revised terms, resolved complaints. We re-score against the published methodology and publish the result either way. We do not take payment to change or remove a rating, and asking will not help. See our disclosure policy.
Reporting a broker
If a broker has refused a withdrawal, changed terms after you deposited, or pressured you into trades, we want the detail. Useful reports include dates, the exact entity name on your account, amounts, and any written exchanges. We do not publish personal information, and we will tell you before using anything you send.
What we cannot do
- Recover your money. We are not a recovery service and we take no referral fee from anyone who claims to be one. Firms that contact scam victims offering to get funds back for an upfront payment are very often a second fraud. Your route is the broker’s regulator and, where one exists, its compensation scheme.
- Give financial advice. We rate brokers on regulation and conduct. We cannot tell you what to trade or which broker suits your circumstances.
- Act as a regulator. We have no enforcement power. If you have lost money to a licensed firm, complain to its regulator directly.
Response times
We read everything. Corrections and broker responses are prioritised and usually answered within two working days. Tip-offs take longer because we verify before we reply.
