Zenstox Review: A Real Seychelles Licence, a Chilean Warning, and “0% Risk”
Zenstox is a brand of VIE FINANCE SEY LTD, which genuinely appears on the Seychelles FSA securities dealer register with Zenstox as a declared trade name. Chile's CMF warned about it on 8 January 2026, and the site advertises "0% risk" on a client's first positions. We score it 3.2 out of 10.

Zenstox is the unusual case in this batch: the licence is real. Checking it is what produced the more interesting findings.
The licence checks out, up to a point
The site states:
Zenstox is a brand name owned and operated by VIE FINANCE SEY LTD, a fully authorised and regulated investment firm with license number SD123.
We read the Seychelles Financial Services Authority register of licensed securities dealers on 14 September 2026. VIE FINANCE SEY LTD is listed. Its declared trade names are Zenstox, Sencillo and 200Invest, and its declared websites include zenstox.com.
That is a meaningfully better result than most brokers we review. The entity exists, the regulator knows it, and the brand you land on is declared against the licence rather than being an undeclared skin on somebody else’s authorisation.
One caveat we will not paper over: the number SD123 could not be verified. The Seychelles FSA’s capital markets register does not publish licence numbers at all, for any entity. So SD123 can be neither confirmed nor refuted from the register. The firm and the trade name are confirmed; the number is not.
What a Seychelles licence is worth
This is the part that decides the rating, and it is the same for every broker on this licence.
- No compensation scheme. If the firm fails, there is no fund that pays you back. Compare the UK’s FSCS at £85,000 per person per firm, or Cyprus’s ICF at €20,000.
- No statutory leverage cap.
- No ombudsman. A dispute goes to a Seychelles court or nowhere.
- Light capital and reporting requirements by comparison with the FCA, ASIC or CySEC.
A tier-three licence is a real licence. It is not the protection most people assume the word “regulated” carries.
The Chilean warning
On 8 January 2026 Chile’s Comisión para el Mercado Financiero published a notice on unregulated platforms and entities offering investment services. It names, verbatim:
ZENSTOX, VIE FINANCE SEY LTD, XCITE MOBILE TRADING, XCITE MOBILE TRADING (APP), que funciona en el sitio web www.zenstox.com.
“ZENSTOX, VIE FINANCE SEY LTD, XCITE MOBILE TRADING, XCITE MOBILE TRADING (APP), which operates on the website www.zenstox.com.”
Read what that warning is and is not. The CMF is not saying the Seychelles licence is fake. It is saying this firm is not registered or authorised to offer these services in Chile. A licence in one country is not permission to solicit clients in another, and that distinction is the single most common misunderstanding in this market.
The “0% risk” claim
This is the most serious finding on the site, and it is worse than the licence question.
0%* risk within your first protected positions
The asterisk leads to: “depending on your account type, your first 5-15 positions will be protected.”
There is no such thing as a risk-free leveraged trade. Whatever the mechanism behind this, and the site does not explain one, the words “0% risk” on a CFD product are the kind of claim the FCA, ESMA and ASIC each specifically prohibit, because it is the single most effective line for getting an inexperienced person to place a first trade.
The Arabic site carries the same promise: “according to your account type, the first 5-15 positions will be protected.”
Notice the structure of the offer. Protection scales with account size, from 5 positions at the entry tier to 15 higher up. The thing being sold as safety is also the thing that rewards a larger deposit.
The tiers are equity bands, not deposits
| Tier | Account equity | Protected positions |
|---|---|---|
| Beginner | $200 to $999 | 5 |
| Explorer | $1,000 to $9,999 | 8, plus “10% Discount” |
| Intermediate | $10,000 to $19,999 | 10, plus “20% Discount” |
| Advanced | $20,000 to $49,999 | 15, plus “30% Discount” |
| Strategist | $50,000 to $99,999 | “40% Discount” |
| Expert | $100,000+ | “50% Discount” |
Discounts on what is never stated, because no maximum leverage, spread or commission figure is published anywhere on the site. A percentage discount off an undisclosed price is not a price.
Two addresses for one company
The site gives VIE FINANCE SEY LTD’s address as Room B11, First Floor, Providence Complex, Providence, Mahe.
The Seychelles FSA register gives it as Room 10, Deenu’s Building, Providence, Mahe.
Different building, same island. A regulated firm’s registered address is a matter of record, and a mismatch between the register and the website is the kind of discrepancy worth asking about before funding, because it is the address any legal correspondence would go to.
The Arabic site is on a domain the regulator did not name
The CMF named one website: www.zenstox.com.
The Arabic-language operation runs at ar.zenstox.org, a different top-level domain, and its login portal is at login.zenstox.net, a third. The English site’s portal is at login.zenstox.org.
The Arabic property also carries a different support number set, swapping a UAE WhatsApp line for a Bahrain one. A reader arriving on the Arabic site who searches for warnings about the domain in front of them will find nothing, because the warning was issued against the .com.
What the score is made of
| Pillar | Weight | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Regulation and licence tier | 30% | 3.5 | A real tier-three licence with the brand properly declared, plus a CMF warning |
| Fund safety and withdrawals | 25% | 3.0 | No compensation scheme, no segregation statement |
| Cost and execution | 15% | 3.5 | Named payment providers, but no spread, commission or leverage published |
| Transparency | 15% | 2.5 | Address mismatch against the register; “discounts” on undisclosed prices |
| Complaint record | 10% | 2.5 | A dated regulator warning naming the firm and its app |
| Platform and support | 5% | 4.5 | Named payment providers, multiple support channels |
3.2 out of 10, High Risk. It sits close to FXRoad and HighMarkets, the other brokers we rate on genuine Seychelles licences, and for the same reason: the licence is real and it protects you very little. The “0% risk” claim is what holds it at the bottom of the band rather than the middle.
Before you fund an account
- Ignore the “0% risk” line entirely. If it is the reason you are considering this broker, it is the reason not to.
- Ask for the leverage, spread and commission in writing before depositing. None is published, and a tier “discount” is meaningless without them.
- Ask which address is correct, the one on the site or the one on the FSA register.
- Understand that a Seychelles licence pays nothing if the firm fails. There is no compensation scheme.
- If you are in Chile, the CMF has said this firm is not authorised to offer you these services.
