Why the score is where it is
1. The name says EU and the licence says Mauritius
TradeEU Global is operated by TRADESENSE HOLDING LTD, registered in Mauritius as 183967, under Mauritius Financial Services Commission licence GB21026906. Its stated list of excluded jurisdictions includes the EU, along with the USA, Canada, Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, Iraq, Sudan, Cuba, North Korea, Côte d’Ivoire, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Myanmar, Suriname and Zimbabwe.
So a broker with EU in its trading name explicitly does not serve the European Union. We are not suggesting that is unlawful, and excluding the EU is the correct thing for an unlicensed-in-Europe firm to do. It is a naming choice, and the effect of that choice on a reader searching for a European-regulated broker is not accidental. A name is the first piece of information a client receives, and this one points at a regulatory standing the firm does not hold.

2. The Cyprus company is a paying agent, not a licence
The site names TRADESENSE HOLDING CYPRUS LTD, registration HE 441511, as the paying agent for TRADESENSE HOLDING LTD.
Worth being precise. A Cyprus HE number comes from the Registrar of Companies and authorises nothing. It is not a CySEC licence, it does not bring the EU investor compensation fund, the 30:1 retail leverage cap, negative balance protection or the Financial Ombudsman of Cyprus. Combined with the EU in the trading name, a Cyprus payment entity produces an impression of European standing that the licensing position does not support.
The practical point for a client is narrower and more useful: if your bank statement shows a Cyprus company while your account agreement names a Mauritius one, that is worth recording before anything goes wrong.
3. The licence is genuine and it is our weakest tier
The Mauritius FSC is a real government regulator with a public register, and we credit the licence as genuine. It carries no investor compensation scheme, against 85,000 pounds per person per firm under the UK’s FSCS and 20,000 euros under the Cyprus fund. There is no ombudsman with jurisdiction to order a payout, no statutory retail leverage cap, and no evidenced segregation or named custodian bank.
4. The review profile is poor and it is closed
TradeEU Global’s Trustpilot profile carries roughly 98 reviews at around 1.6 out of 5, and the profile is shown as temporarily closed to new reviews with none received in the last twelve months.
A closed profile is not the same as a suspended rating. Trustpilot has not removed this score for a guidelines breach, as it has with Capitalix, CapPlace, TradGrip and SuxxessFX. A profile can be closed for several reasons and we do not know which applies here. What a reader should take from it is that the visible record is poor and has stopped updating, so it reflects the past rather than the present.
One caution when researching this broker yourself: a separately named site, tradeeu.global, has its own Trustpilot listing. The two should not be conflated, and third-party write-ups regularly do.
5. What is not published
TradeEU Global advertises Silver, Gold, Platinum and Islamic account tiers and a modern trading platform. It does not publish leverage, minimum deposit, spreads, commission, swap rates, withdrawal fees or withdrawal processing times that we could find, and it discloses no registered street address.

Is TradeEU Global regulated in the EU?
No. It is licensed by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission under GB21026906 and explicitly excludes the European Union from the jurisdictions it serves. The Cyprus company named on the site is a paying agent with a Registrar of Companies number, not a CySEC licence.
Is TradeEU Global the same as TradeEU?
Do not assume so. A separately named site, tradeeu.global, exists with its own review profile, and third-party coverage frequently mixes the two. Check the exact domain before relying on anything you read about either.
What happens to my money if TradeEU Global fails?
There is no compensation scheme covering Mauritius-licensed firms of this type, so nothing is guaranteed, and with no custodian bank named, segregation cannot be independently confirmed.
