Is Fintrionyx Capital a scam?

Yes, on the evidence available. Belgium's FSMA listed Fintrionyx Capital under the heading "fraudulent trading platforms", and the firm has since moved its trading portal to a domain no regulator has named.

The warning

On 12 March 2026 the FSMA published "Beware of these new fraudulent trading platforms", naming four Fintrionyx Capital properties: fintrionyx-capital.co, webtrader.fintrionyx-capital.cx, fintrionyx-capital.fi and webtrader.fintrionyx-capital.ac. Four domains for one firm in a single notice means the FSMA had already watched it move more than once.

Where it is now

Checked 14 September 2026: the .co, the .cx and the .ac are all dead. The firm operates from fintrionyx-capital.fi, and its trading portal has moved to webtrader.fintrionyx-capital.net, which the FSMA never listed.

So somebody who checks the domain on the page where they log in and deposit will find no warning at all, because that domain has never been warned about.

What the live site publishes

No regulator, no licence number, no legal entity, no registration number. No account tiers, minimum deposit, leverage, spreads, commission or named payment methods.

It gives a Cyprus address: Krinou 3, Agios Athanasios 4103. Providing investment services from Cyprus requires CySEC authorisation, and none is claimed.

Two details

• The footer reads "Fintrionyx Capital - 2019 © | All rights reserved", seven years stale on a platform the FSMA called new in 2026.
• The support email is on fintrionyx-capital.com, which does not resolve. With no phone number or chat, that dead address is the only contact channel offered.

What this does not mean

Losing money on a trade is not evidence of fraud. The findings are documentary: a dated regulator notice naming four domains, three of them now dead, a live portal on an unlisted fifth, no licence claimed or held, and a support address that cannot receive mail.

If you have money there

Stop depositing. Write down exactly which domain you used, suffix included, since at least five are in circulation. Screenshot the site and portal now. Ask your bank about a chargeback or a recall, citing the FSMA notice of 12 March 2026. Report it to the FSMA, to CySEC given the Cyprus address, and to your own regulator, naming webtrader.fintrionyx-capital.net specifically, because it is not on any published list yet. Refuse any paid recovery offer.
