Is Airmarkets a scam?

Airmarkets prices in euros, does not exclude European or British clients, and holds no European authorisation of any kind. Its licence comes from a body the Comoros central bank says has no authority to issue one. We rate it Scam.

The licence

Airmarkets Comoros Ltd, MISA licence BFX2026046, at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Mohéli, Comoros Union.

MISA is the Mwali International Services Authority. On 10 December 2025 the Banque Centrale des Comores published a communiqué on the illegal exercise of offshore banking activities, naming MISA among structures issuing licences without authority, stating that licensing financial establishments falls exclusively within the central bank's remit, and recording referral to the public prosecutors of Moroni, Mutsamudu and Mohéli.

These firms are not lightly regulated. On the central bank's own account, the body that issued the licence had no power to issue it.

The euro problem

Airmarkets prices all three account tiers at 250 EUR and excludes neither the European Union nor the United Kingdom.

Pricing in euros is a decision about who the customer is. A firm quoting euro minimums and accepting European sign-ups is soliciting European retail clients, and doing so requires authorisation from an EU regulator. Airmarkets holds none. A European client here has:

• No 30:1 retail leverage cap. Leverage runs to 1:200.
• No mandatory negative balance protection.
• No Investor Compensation Fund, and no scheme of any kind.
• No ombudsman, and no regulator with jurisdiction to hear a complaint.

Compare TradeEU Global, which at least excludes the EU explicitly despite the name. Airmarkets does the opposite: it invites European clients it cannot lawfully serve.

The shared address

Seven brands in our set use the Bonovo Road address, with the same account-tier names, the same payment logos and near-identical restricted-jurisdiction wording. Common ownership has not been established and we do not assert it. Treat them as one pattern rather than as seven independent opinions.

How to check this yourself

Search for the Banque Centrale des Comores communiqué of 10 December 2025. Then check whether Airmarkets appears on any EU regulator's register. It does not, and pricing in euros does not change that.
