Fintxpert Review 2026: The Seychelles Licence Number Is Not on the Register

Fintxpert's footer claims authorisation by 'The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FCA)' under licence 009567. The Seychelles regulator is the FSA, not the FCA, and neither the number nor the named company appears on any of its registers. CONSOB ordered the site blocked in April 2026. We score Fintxpert 0.6 out of 10.

Fintxpert’s footer makes a specific, checkable claim. It takes about five minutes to check it, and the claim contains its own mistake before you even reach the register.

The claim

This website is operated by FIDUCIARY INTERNATIONAL LTD., a Seychelles registered company, authorized and regulated by The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FCA) with license number 009567. FIDUCIARY INTERNATIONAL LTD is located at 306 Victoria House, Victoria, Mahe, Republic Of Seychelles.

The Seychelles Financial Services Authority abbreviates to FSA. It always has. FCA is the Financial Conduct Authority, the United Kingdom’s regulator, and it has no role in the Seychelles whatsoever.

Whether that is an error or a choice, the effect is the same: a reader skimming the footer sees a familiar British acronym attached to an offshore licence number. This is a pattern worth naming, because it recurs. A brand borrows the initials of a strict regulator and attaches them to a jurisdiction where the entry requirements are lower, or in this case to a licence that does not exist.

What the register shows

The Seychelles FSA publishes its registers openly. The capital markets page lists seven categories: securities exchanges, securities facilities, clearing agencies, securities dealers, securities dealer representatives, investment advisors and investment advisor representatives. A securities dealer licence is the one a forex or CFD broker needs.

Read on 18 September 2026, those seven registers run to roughly 437,000 characters and 288 entries with “Ltd” in the name. They include the well-known Seychelles-licensed brands: Admirals SC Ltd, WizBrokers Limited trading as Xtrade, 4XC (Seychelles) Ltd and so on.

Searched for Result
Fiduciary International, across all seven capital markets registers No entry
Licence number 009567 No entry
Fintxpert, in any spelling No entry
Fiduciary International, on the FSA’s separate fiduciary registers No entry

We checked the fiduciary registers as well as the capital markets ones, because a corporate service provider licence is sometimes waved about as though it authorised trading. It does not, and in this case the company is not on those either.

On the evidence of the regulator’s own published registers, FIDUCIARY INTERNATIONAL LTD holds no Seychelles licence of any kind, and 009567 corresponds to nothing.

The address

Victoria House on Mahe is the registered address of a large number of offshore companies. It is a real building, and there is nothing improper about a registered agent operating from it. What it does mean is that the address tells you nothing about who runs the business or where they are. None of the licensed dealers on the FSA’s capital markets registers gives Victoria House as its address.

Three names for one company

The same footer paragraph describes the operator as “Fintxpert (fint-xpert.com / Fintxpert LLC.)” in one sentence and FIDUCIARY INTERNATIONAL LTD in the next. An LLC and a Ltd are different structures in different jurisdictions. Nothing on the site explains which entity holds client money, which one you are contracting with, or how they relate.

The legal pages are empty

The footer carries a legal column with three links: General Legal, Privacy Policy and Risk Warning. The homepage promotes them under a heading that reads “LEGAL & COMPLIANCE: Review our Terms & Conditions, AML, KYC policies, and Privacy Policy.”

All three pages load. Each one contains its own title and nothing else.

Page Body content
/risk-warning/ “Risk Warning”. 12 characters total
/general-legal/ “General Legal”. 13 characters total
/privacy-policy/ “Privacy Policy”. 14 characters total

There is no client agreement, no terms and conditions, no AML policy, no KYC policy and no risk warning, on a site selling leveraged CFDs to European retail clients. The pages exist so that the footer has somewhere to point.

Leverage sold as a reward for depositing more

Six account tiers, priced in euros:

Tier Minimum deposit Maximum leverage
Standard €250 1:50
Silver €10,000 1:100
Gold €25,000 1:200
Premium €50,000 1:300
Platinum €100,000 1:400
VIP €250,000 1:1000

Two things about this table. The first is the structure: leverage rises with deposit size, which inverts the logic regulators apply. Under ESMA’s product intervention measures, in force across the EU since 2018 and adopted permanently by national regulators, a retail client may be offered a maximum of 1:30 on major currency pairs, and the cap does not loosen because the client deposits more. Higher limits are available only to those who qualify as professional clients, which is an assessment of experience and portfolio size, not a purchase.

Fintxpert prices every tier in euros and does not restrict access by residence. The top tier is 33 times the EU retail cap.

The second thing is what comes with the tiers: trading signals, “exclusive group access”, a personal account manager at every level and a “Dedicated Senior Account Manager” at the top. That is a sales desk. A broker with genuine execution revenue does not need a senior manager assigned to each large depositor.

The homepage adds a small inconsistency: it says Fintxpert “offers five account types: Standard, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and VIP”. The accounts page lists six. Premium was added and the homepage was not updated.

What CONSOB did

On 3 April 2026 CONSOB announced blocking orders against 32 websites, ten of them for unlawfully providing investment services to the Italian public. The entry reads:

“Fint-xpert” (website www.fint-xpert.com)

True North Options was ordered blocked in the same sweep and is reviewed separately. A CONSOB block is enforceable in Italy only, which is why the site is still reachable from everywhere else.

What the score is made of

Pillar Weight Score Why
Regulation and licence tier 30% 0.2 Claims a licence number that is not on the regulator’s register, and misnames the regulator
Fund safety and withdrawals 25% 0.3 No segregation claim, no compensation scheme, and two entities with no stated relationship
Cost and execution 15% 1.0 Tiered spreads described only as “competitive” and “ultra-low”; no numbers anywhere
Transparency 15% 0.2 Three legal pages that contain only their own headings
Complaint record 10% 1.5 A CONSOB blocking order
Platform and support 5% 2.0 Account managers at every tier, which is a sales structure rather than support

0.6 out of 10. A fabricated licence number puts Fintxpert alongside OasisBF at the bottom of our range. Firms that publish nothing at least leave you to draw your own conclusion. The method is at our scoring method.

If you have already deposited

  1. Stop, and refuse any fee demanded before a withdrawal.
  2. Decline every upgrade offer. The tier structure exists to move you up the ladder, and each step is a larger deposit against the same absent licence.
  3. Screenshot the footer and the three empty legal pages. The licence claim is one edit away from changing, and an empty page is one paste away from looking normal.
  4. Find the payee name on your statement. It may be neither Fintxpert nor Fiduciary International.
  5. Card payments: ask your bank about a chargeback for services not provided, normally within 120 days, and give it the FSA register as evidence that the licence claim is false.
  6. Bank transfers: request a recall immediately, citing the CONSOB order of 3 April 2026.
  7. Report it to your national regulator, to CONSOB if you are in Italy, and to the Seychelles FSA, which accepts reports of firms falsely claiming its authorisation.
  8. Refuse recovery offers.

The check worth learning

Read the regulator’s name in the footer before you read the number. An acronym that does not match the authority it is attached to is the cheapest tell there is, and it costs nothing to spot: the Seychelles regulator is the FSA, Cyprus is CySEC, the UK is the FCA, Australia is ASIC. A footer that pairs one country’s regulator with another’s initials was written to be skimmed, not verified.

Then verify the number itself, on the regulator’s own website rather than on a broker directory. Registers are public and free. A licence number that returns nothing is worth more than any amount of reassurance on the marketing pages.

The wider pattern is in our investigation into the blocked-brand pipeline.
