Is Fintxpert a scam?

Yes, on the evidence available. Fintxpert claims a Seychelles licence number that does not appear on the regulator's registers, misnames the regulator, publishes three legal pages that are empty, and was ordered blocked in Italy in April 2026.

The licence claim

The footer states that the site is operated by FIDUCIARY INTERNATIONAL LTD, "authorized and regulated by The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FCA) with license number 009567". The Seychelles regulator is the FSA. FCA is the United Kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority, which has no jurisdiction in the Seychelles.

Read on 18 September 2026, the FSA's seven capital markets registers contain no entry for Fiduciary International, no entry for Fintxpert and no licence 009567. The FSA's separate fiduciary registers contain none either.

The empty legal pages

The homepage invites you to "review our Terms & Conditions, AML, KYC policies, and Privacy Policy". The three legal pages in the footer load and contain only their own headings: Risk Warning is 12 characters, General Legal 13, Privacy Policy 14. There is no client agreement and no risk warning on a site selling leveraged CFDs.

The leverage ladder

Six tiers priced in euros run from €250 at 1:50 up to €250,000 at 1:1000. Leverage rising with deposit size is the opposite of how regulators treat it: the EU retail cap is 1:30 on major pairs and does not loosen for larger balances. Every tier includes a personal account manager.

The blocking order

CONSOB's press release of 3 April 2026 lists "Fint-xpert" (www.fint-xpert.com) among ten sites ordered blocked for unlawfully providing investment services to the Italian public.

If you have money there

Stop depositing, decline any upgrade offer and refuse any pre-withdrawal fee. Screenshot the footer and the empty legal pages. Ask your bank about a chargeback or a recall, giving it the FSA register as evidence the licence claim is false. Report it to your national regulator and to the Seychelles FSA. Ignore recovery offers.
