Why we rated it Scam
1. A European regulator has blacklisted it by name
On 3 February 2026 the Autorité des marchés financiers, the French financial markets regulator, added suxxessfx.com to its blacklist of unauthorised sites, in the crypto-asset derivatives category, on the basis that it offers financial services or products without being authorised to do so.
An AMF blacklist entry is not a review site’s opinion. It is a national regulator formally telling the public that a named website is soliciting French residents without permission. The listing is public, dated and searchable on the AMF’s own site.

2. It still does not exclude the countries that have warned about it
SuxxessFX states that its information is not intended for residents of the United States, Russia, and jurisdictions on the FATF and EU or UN sanctions lists. It adds that the company does not maintain a local presence in Switzerland, Colombia and Brazil.
France is not on that list. Neither is the wider European Union or the United Kingdom. So a firm that a European regulator has blacklisted for soliciting without authorisation continues to publish terms that do not exclude the residents in question. The phrasing about not maintaining a local presence in three named countries is also worth reading twice: it describes where the firm has no office, which is a different thing from where it will not take clients.

3. Trustpilot has taken the rating away
SuxxessFX’s Trustpilot rating is unavailable following a breach of Trustpilot’s guidelines, and Trustpilot states it has removed fake reviews for the company.
The distinction matters. Bad reviews mean unhappy customers, which every broker has some of. A removed rating means someone worked to manufacture a better one, and that is a decision rather than an outcome.
4. The licence is real and does very little
SuxxessFX discloses SUXXESS FX LTD, company number 8434983-1, at Oceanic House, Providence Estate, Mahe, Seychelles, holding FSA Seychelles licence SD204. That is a genuine licence on a genuine register and we credit it as such.
It is also our weakest tier. No investor compensation scheme, so a failure leaves nothing behind your balance, against 85,000 pounds per person per firm under the UK’s FSCS and 20,000 euros under the Cyprus fund. No ombudsman. No statutory leverage cap, which is how 1:200 is offered where a UK or EU retail account is capped at 30:1 on major pairs. Segregation is not mandated by the regime and no custodian bank is named.
A Seychelles licence also gives the AMF nothing to work with. The French regulator can list the site; it cannot compel a Seychelles company to return anyone’s money.
Costs and account terms
SuxxessFX publishes a 0.01 minimum deal size and a 5% stop-out level, and advertises up to 1:200 leverage across all tiers. It does not publish a minimum deposit, a spread table, a commission schedule, a swap table or any withdrawal fee or processing time. The stop-out level is disclosed and the cost of trading is not, which is an unusual order of priorities.
If you already have money with SuxxessFX
We are not a recovery service and we take no fee from anyone who is.
- Put the withdrawal request in writing through the platform and keep a timestamped copy.
- Do not deposit more to release a withdrawal. There is no legitimate mechanism that works that way.
- If you funded by card, ask your bank about a chargeback now. Scheme time limits run in months from the transaction date.
- Check the payment descriptor on your statement against SUXXESS FX LTD.
- If you are in France, report it to the AMF, which already lists the site. Elsewhere, report it to your own national regulator.
- Treat any inbound offer to recover your money for an upfront fee as a second fraud.
Questions traders ask
Is SuxxessFX blacklisted?
Yes, by France’s AMF, which added suxxessfx.com to its blacklist of unauthorised sites on 3 February 2026 in the crypto-asset derivatives category, for offering financial services or products without authorisation.
Is SuxxessFX regulated?
It holds FSA Seychelles licence SD204 as SUXXESS FX LTD. That is a real licence and our weakest tier: no compensation scheme, no statutory leverage cap, no ombudsman. It gives no protection at all to a European client, which is the point the AMF listing makes.
Can EU residents open an account?
SuxxessFX does not list the EU, France or the UK among the jurisdictions it excludes, despite the AMF listing. A European client would have no leverage cap, no negative balance protection, no compensation scheme and no ombudsman, and their national regulator would have no jurisdiction over a Seychelles company.
