Is SuxxessFX a scam?
We rate SuxxessFX Scam / Avoid at 2.4 out of 10. The single heaviest fact is that a national financial regulator has already made a public finding about it.
The AMF listing
On 3 February 2026 France's Autorité des marchés financiers added suxxessfx.com to its blacklist of unauthorised sites, in the crypto-asset derivatives category, for offering financial services or products without being authorised. The entry is public and dated and you can search it on the AMF's own website rather than taking our word for it.
Read it precisely. It is not a fraud conviction and it does not allege theft. It says a firm was soliciting French residents without permission to do so. That is a regulator making a formal statement, which is a different class of evidence from a bad review.

The licence exists and protects nobody in Europe
SuxxessFX operates as SUXXESS FX LTD, company 8434983-1, on FSA Seychelles licence SD204. Real licence, real register, our weakest tier. No compensation scheme, no ombudsman, no statutory leverage cap, no mandated segregation and no named custodian bank.
The practical consequence for a French or wider European client is the one that matters. The AMF can list the website. It cannot make a Seychelles company return your deposit, and there is no compensation fund standing behind it.
What the review record shows
Trustpilot has made the rating unavailable following a breach of its guidelines and states it removed fake reviews for the company. A poor score reflects unhappy clients. A removed score reflects an attempt to hide them.
The strongest case against our verdict
SuxxessFX discloses a real entity, a real company number, a real address and a real licence, which is more than a large part of this market does. An AMF blacklist entry means unauthorised solicitation in France, which is not the same as taking client money and refusing to give it back, and plenty of offshore brokers end up on such lists through marketing decisions rather than fraud.
The score still lands where it lands. A firm listed by a European regulator for unauthorised solicitation, that continues not to exclude European residents, and whose review score has been pulled for manipulation, has given a prospective client three separate reasons for caution and no reason for confidence.
The check to do first
Before depositing anywhere, search the broker's domain on your own national regulator's warning list. It takes a minute and it is the one search that catches cases like this one before the money moves.
