Airmarkets Review: Euro Pricing, EU Clients, and No Regulator Anywhere
Airmarkets is operated by Airmarkets Comoros Ltd, registration HV00726496, citing MISA licence BFX2026046. The Banque Centrale des Comores named MISA on 10 December 2025 as issuing offshore licences illegally. Airmarkets prices its accounts in euros from 250 EUR and does not list the EU or UK among the countries it excludes, despite holding no European authorisation. We score it 2.3 out of 10.

Why we rated it Scam
1. It is priced for European clients and licensed for none
Airmarkets sets its minimum deposit at 250 euros across all three account tiers. It lists the countries it will not serve as Canada, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia and the United States. The European Union and the United Kingdom are not among them.
Put those two facts together. A firm that quotes its entry price in euros and does not exclude EU or UK residents is, on any ordinary reading, expecting European clients. It holds no authorisation from any European regulator. Under the EU and UK regimes, a retail CFD account carries a leverage cap of 30:1 on major currency pairs, mandatory negative balance protection, a compensation scheme and access to an ombudsman. Airmarkets advertises 1:200 and provides none of the rest.
The euro pricing is the detail that makes this hard to read as an accident.

2. The licence is from a body the Comoros central bank calls illegal
Airmarkets discloses Airmarkets Comoros Ltd, registration number HV00726496, at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Mohéli, holding MISA licence BFX2026046.
On 10 December 2025 the Banque Centrale des Comores published a communiqué, carried on the Comoros Ministry of Finance site, on the illegal exercise of offshore banking activities. It names the Mwali International Services Authority among structures issuing licences without authority, states that licensing banks and financial establishments falls exclusively within the central bank’s remit, and records a referral to the public prosecutors of Moroni, Mutsamudu and Mohéli. Article 9 of the Union Constitution and Organic Law 05-003/AU place financial regulation with the Union, not with an individual island, and an IMF assessment said the same in 2010.
So there is no supervisor. No compensation scheme, no leverage cap, no client-money rule, no ombudsman.
3. The tier structure charges you for a better spread
Silver, Gold and Platinum all require the same 250 euro minimum and all offer up to 1:200. What separates them is the spread: standard on Silver, a 25% discount on Gold, a 50% discount on Platinum.
We give some credit for publishing this at all, which is more than most of the sites in this group manage. It is worth understanding what it means, though. The discount is measured against a standard spread that is never stated as a number, so the ladder tells you the tiers differ without telling you what any of them cost. A 50% discount on an undisclosed figure is not a price.
4. One of six sites built to the same pattern
Airmarkets shares its Fomboni address, MISA licence format, tier names, payment presentation and near-identical restricted-jurisdiction wording with CapPlace, TradGrip, FirstECN, Axwel and BXB Markets. We have not established common ownership and do not assert it. Two of those six have had Trustpilot ratings removed for guideline breaches.
5. What we could not find
We found no Trustpilot profile for the domain and no regulator warning naming Airmarkets. The complaints pillar is scored neutrally rather than punitively, and nothing here says Airmarkets has refused a withdrawal. The score comes from the regulatory position and from the mismatch between who it prices for and who it is licensed to serve.
Deposits and withdrawals
The minimum deposit is published at 250 euros. No withdrawal processing time or withdrawal fee schedule is published that we could find, which is the more important of the two numbers and the one consistently missing across this group.
Questions traders ask
Can EU residents open an Airmarkets account?
The site does not list the EU or UK among the jurisdictions it excludes, and it prices in euros. But Airmarkets holds no authorisation from any EU or UK regulator, so a European client gets no leverage cap, no negative balance protection, no compensation scheme and no ombudsman, and has no local regulator with jurisdiction over the firm.
Is Airmarkets regulated?
No, not in any sense we recognise. Its MISA licence comes from a body the Banque Centrale des Comores named on 10 December 2025 as issuing offshore licences illegally, having referred the matter to prosecutors.
What is the minimum deposit at Airmarkets?
250 euros on all three tiers, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The tiers differ by spread discount rather than by deposit size, though the standard spread the discounts apply to is not published.
What happens to my money if Airmarkets fails?
Nothing protects it. No compensation scheme, no segregation requirement, no named custodian and no supervisor with authority to intervene.
