BXB Markets Review: A Comoros Licence With a Four-Month-Old UK Paying Agent

BXB Markets is operated by Dynamix Ltd, IBC HT00525050 in the Comoros, citing MISA licence BFX2025065, with DYNAMIX-UK LTD named as its paying agent. The Banque Centrale des Comores named MISA on 10 December 2025 as issuing offshore licences illegally. The UK paying agent was incorporated on 15 May 2026 under SIC 70100, activities of head offices, and holds no FCA authorisation. We score it 2.1 out of 10.

Why we rated it Scam

1. The UK company in the footer is not what it looks like

BXB Markets discloses two entities. The operator is Dynamix Ltd, IBC number HT00525050, registered in the Comoros Union at P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni, citing MISA licence BFX2025065. The site also states that DYNAMIX-UK LTD, company number 17221744, is the paying agent.

We looked that company up at Companies House. DYNAMIX-UK LTD was incorporated on 15 May 2026, roughly four months before we checked. Its registered office is 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk. Its declared nature of business is SIC 70100, activities of head offices. That is not a payment services code, it is not a financial intermediation code, and a Companies House number is not authorisation to do anything.

Being registered at Companies House costs 50 pounds and takes a day. It confers no supervision, no capital requirement, no client-money rules and no FCA permission. Placing a British company name next to a Comoros licence in a footer borrows credibility that the arrangement does not have, and a UK or European client reading that footer would be forgiven for drawing the wrong conclusion. That is precisely why we score transparency low here rather than crediting the extra disclosure.

2. The licence comes from a body the Comoros central bank says cannot issue licences

On 10 December 2025 the Banque Centrale des Comores published a communiqué, carried on the Comoros Ministry of Finance site, on the illegal exercise of offshore banking activities. It names the Mwali International Services Authority among structures issuing licences without authority, states that licensing banks and financial establishments is exclusively the central bank’s remit, and records that it has referred the matter to the public prosecutors of Moroni, Mutsamudu and Mohéli.

The legal position underneath that is straightforward. Article 9 of the Union Constitution and Organic Law 05-003/AU place financial regulation with the Union rather than with an individual island, and an IMF assessment in 2010 reached the same conclusion about island-level offshore bodies.

So BXB Markets is not lightly supervised. It is unsupervised. There is no compensation scheme, no leverage cap, no ombudsman and no authority that could compel it to release client funds.

3. Nothing about the actual offer is published

BXB Markets does not disclose leverage, minimum deposit, spreads, swap rates, withdrawal processing times or withdrawal fees anywhere we could find. It advertises Silver, Gold and Platinum account tiers without stating what distinguishes them in money terms.

For a supervised firm that would be a mark against it. For an unsupervised one it means there is no document setting out what the firm owes you, and no authority that could enforce one if there were.

4. It is built to a template we have now seen six times

BXB Markets shares its Fomboni address, MISA licence format, Silver, Gold and Platinum tier structure, payment logo set and near-identical restricted-jurisdiction wording with CapPlace, TradGrip, FirstECN, Axwel and Airmarkets. We have not established common ownership between them and we do not assert it. The template itself is the observation.

What we could not find

We could not locate a substantial public review record for bxbmarkets.com, and we found no regulator warning naming it. The complaints pillar is therefore scored neutrally rather than punitively, and nothing here says BXB Markets has refused anyone a withdrawal. The score is driven by the regulatory position and by the UK paying-agent presentation, both of which are documented.

Who BXB Markets will accept

It states it does not offer CFDs to residents of the United States, Canada, Russia, Iran, Iraq, North Korea or Myanmar. The United Kingdom and the European Union are not on that list. A firm with no UK or EU authorisation that will onboard UK and EU residents is soliciting business where it has no permission, which is worth holding alongside the British company name in its footer.

Questions traders ask

Is BXB Markets a UK company?

No. The operator is Dynamix Ltd in the Comoros. DYNAMIX-UK LTD is named only as a paying agent. It was incorporated on 15 May 2026, registered under SIC 70100 for activities of head offices, and is not FCA authorised. A Companies House registration is not financial authorisation and gives a client no protection.

Is BXB Markets regulated?

No, not in any sense we recognise. Its MISA licence comes from a body the Banque Centrale des Comores named on 10 December 2025 as issuing offshore licences illegally, having referred the matter to prosecutors.

What happens to my money if BXB Markets fails?

Nothing protects it. No compensation scheme, no segregation requirement, no named custodian bank and no supervisor with authority to intervene.
