Is BXB Markets a scam?

We rate BXB Markets Scam / Avoid at 2.1 out of 10. We have found no complaint record against it, and we are not saying it has taken anyone's money. What we have found is that nobody supervises it, and that its footer is arranged to suggest otherwise.

The British company name does no work

BXB Markets names DYNAMIX-UK LTD, company 17221744, as its paying agent. At Companies House that company was incorporated on 15 May 2026, sits at 82a James Carter Road in Mildenhall, and declares SIC 70100, activities of head offices. It holds no FCA authorisation, and a Companies House registration is not authorisation to handle anyone's money.

The operator taking your deposit is Dynamix Ltd in the Comoros, IBC HT00525050, on MISA licence BFX2025065.

The licence is issued by a body its own country calls illegal

The Banque Centrale des Comores published a communiqué on 10 December 2025 naming the Mwali International Services Authority among structures issuing offshore licences without authority, stating that licensing banks and financial establishments is exclusively the central bank's remit, and recording a referral to the public prosecutors of Moroni, Mutsamudu and Mohéli. Article 9 of the Union Constitution and Organic Law 05-003/AU place financial regulation with the Union, not an island.

The practical consequence is the one that matters. If a withdrawal is refused, there is no regulator to complain to, no compensation scheme, no ombudsman and no segregation requirement standing behind your balance.

The case against our own verdict

No regulator has warned about BXB Markets, we found no complaint record, and the firm does disclose its operating entity and registration number rather than hiding them. It is entirely possible that it pays people out.

That does not change the score, because our question is not whether a firm has been caught yet. It is what protects a client if something goes wrong, and here the honest answer is nothing at all. Regulation and fund safety carry 55% of our weighting for exactly this reason.

How to check this yourself

Search the company number at Companies House and read the SIC code and the incorporation date. Then search the same firm on the FCA register, where it will not appear. Then look up the licensing body itself rather than the licence number. Those three searches take five minutes and settle most of the questions people ask us after the money has already gone.
