Why the score is where it is
1. The complaint record is genuinely mixed, and we will not overstate it
WRPro’s Trustpilot score is 3.6 out of 5 across 91 reviews: 42% five star, 31% four star, 21% one star. The rating has not been suspended and no fake reviews have been removed. That is a materially better record than most brokers we have reviewed, and it would be dishonest to present it otherwise.
What sits underneath the average is worth reading. The positive reviews cluster around onboarding, education and support responsiveness, which is what a new client encounters. The negative reviews cluster around what happens later: withdrawals restricted despite account growth, leverage changed on an account without the client’s authorisation, high spreads, and an inability to access funds while the account showed a profit. Several reviewers question whether the firm is regulated at all and say they could not verify a physical office.
A profile that is positive about signing up and negative about withdrawing is a specific shape, and it is worth naming. It is not the same as a suspended rating, and we score complaints in the middle rather than at the floor.

2. The licence is real, thin, and correctly scoped
WRPro discloses GMBB Investment Ltd, Mauritius registration 195321, at 7th Floor, NeXTeracom Tower 1, Cybercity, Ebene, under Financial Services Commission licence GB22201139.
The Mauritius FSC is a real government regulator with a public register. It is our weakest tier: no investor compensation scheme, against 85,000 pounds per person per firm under the UK’s FSCS and 20,000 euros under the Cyprus fund; no ombudsman; no statutory retail leverage cap; and no evidenced segregation or named custodian bank.
Credit where it is due on scope. WRPro states it does not serve residents of the USA, Canada, Israel, Russia, Belgium, Brazil, Cyprus, Greece “or any other EU countries”, along with sanctions-list jurisdictions. Excluding the entire European Union is the correct thing for a firm with no European authorisation to do, and a large part of the market on this site does not bother.
3. The Cyprus paying agent is not regulatory cover
The site names GMBB Investments CY Ltd, Cyprus registration HE445963, as an appointed independent representative and paying agent.
A Cyprus HE number comes from the Registrar of Companies and authorises nothing. It is not a CySEC licence and brings no investor compensation fund, no 30:1 retail leverage cap and no negative balance protection. Since WRPro explicitly excludes Cyprus and the rest of the EU as a client market, the Cyprus entity is a payments arrangement rather than a market presence, and readers should not take the address as European regulation.
The practical point: if your bank statement names GMBB Investments CY Ltd while your agreement names GMBB Investment Ltd, record that.
4. The trading terms are barely published
WRPro publishes almost nothing a trader could use to compare it. There is no spread table, no commission schedule, no swap rates, no minimum deposit, no withdrawal fee and no withdrawal processing time that we could find. A “Leverage up to 50” figure appears against a Classic account without further explanation, and “0 Commission” appears against certain accounts without a corresponding spread.
Given that the recurring complaint on the public record concerns leverage being changed on live accounts, the absence of a published, binding leverage schedule is more than a marketing gap.
5. An address shared with another broker, with a caveat
WRPro’s registered address, 7th Floor NeXTeracom Tower 1 in Cybercity Ebene, is the same floor of the same building given by SmartSTP, which holds a separate Mauritius licence under a different entity.
We record it and immediately qualify it. NeXTeracom Tower 1 is a large Cybercity office building that houses corporate service providers acting for many companies, so a shared address there carries far less weight than the shared Bonovo Road address we found across six Comoros brokers. We assert no connection between the two firms.
What the score reflects
WRPro has no regulator warning, no suspended review score, no removed fake reviews and a passable public rating. It discloses its entity, registration, licence, address and paying agent, and it excludes the markets it is not licensed for.
The score is held down by the tier-3 licence with no compensation scheme, the near-total absence of published trading terms, and a withdrawal-side complaint pattern that is real even though the headline rating is not bad. This is a broker we would revisit on evidence, and the changelog will record it if the picture changes.
Questions traders ask
Is WRPro regulated?
Yes, by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission under licence GB22201139, held by GMBB Investment Ltd. That is a real regulator with a public register, and our weakest tier: no compensation scheme, no statutory leverage cap and no ombudsman.
Is WRPro regulated in Cyprus?
No. GMBB Investments CY Ltd is a Cyprus company registration acting as paying agent. That is not a CySEC licence and carries no client protection. WRPro also states it does not serve Cyprus or any other EU country.
Can EU residents open a WRPro account?
No. WRPro excludes Belgium, Cyprus, Greece and any other EU country, along with the USA, Canada, Israel, Russia and several sanctions-list jurisdictions. We give credit for that.
What is the minimum deposit at WRPro?
It is not published, and neither is the spread, the commission or the withdrawal processing time. Get all of them in writing, along with the leverage that will apply to your account and whether the firm can change it, before funding.
