Is True North Options a scam?

Yes, on the evidence available. Italy's regulator ordered the site blocked in April 2026, and across ten pages the site publishes no regulator, no company, no terms and no risk warning.

The blocking order

CONSOB's press release of 3 April 2026 announced blocking orders against 32 sites, ten of them for unlawfully providing investment services to the Italian public. The list includes "Truenorthoptions" (website https://truenorthoptions.com). CONSOB can order Italian providers to make a site unreachable, which is a stronger step than a warning.

No legal documents exist

Searching every page for regulated, licensed, authorised, supervised, segregated, compensation and risk warning returns one hit: a contact-form checkbox referring to a privacy policy that the site does not have. There are no terms and conditions, no client agreement, no risk warning and no complaints procedure. There is no company name, no registration number, no address and no phone number. The only contact route is an email address.

The details that contradict each other

The homepage says "Making clients happy since 2003"; the footer says 2025. A pop-up announces earnings by strangers in pounds sterling from Tampa and New York. A testimonial refers to "the Agricultural plan", which the site does not offer. A counter reports "$600M+ Net Dividends Earned", which is not something a forex broker pays.

What it offers

Forex, crypto, futures, metals and managed accounts where staff trade on your behalf. It collects identity documents and takes cards, transfers and e-wallets.

If you have money there

Stop depositing and refuse any pre-withdrawal fee. Withdraw authorisation for any managed trading in writing. Screenshot the site. Find the payee name on your statement. Ask your bank about a chargeback or a recall, citing the CONSOB order of 3 April 2026. Report it to your national regulator. Ignore paid recovery offers.
