Is Trader Prime a scam?

Yes, on the evidence available. Trader Prime claims authorisation by three regulators, publishes a licence number for none of them, and none of the three registers returns the firm.

The claims and the checks

The homepage states: "A trusted destination for traders worldwide, Authorised by FCA, ASIC & FSCA with multi-lingual support 24/5", and separately "REGULATED BY THE FCA,UK".

The FCA, ASIC and the FSCA each publish a free public register. Checked on 14 September 2026, none returns a firm of this name. There is also no company name anywhere on the site, so there is no registered entity to search for.

A similar warning that is a different firm

The FCA has a warning against "TradersPrime MARKET" dated 2 April 2025, naming www.tradersprimemarket.co. Different domain, different firm. This review does not treat it as a warning about traderprime.com.

The account opens somewhere else

Opening a live account hands you to register.vpfx.net, a different domain under a different brand, with no explanation of who runs it. The three regulator names attach to nothing on that domain.

Onboarding is by messaging app

The site links to WhatsApp on +1 251 286 5600 and Telegram at t.me/traderprim. A licensed broker onboards through an application, identity verification and an appropriateness test, because those are legal requirements, not through a chat window.

The footer names a different company

"©2022 Traders Prime. All Rights Reserved." The site calls itself Trader Prime, singular. The copyright line, which is the one place a website names its legal owner, says Traders Prime, and is dated four years ago.

What else is missing

No account tiers, minimum deposit, leverage, spreads, payment methods, registered address or directors. The About us page returns a 404. The site also disclaims liability for "the information contained within this website", which sits oddly beside a claim of triple authorisation.

What this does not mean

Losing money on a trade is not evidence of fraud. The findings here are documentary: three unevidenced authorisation claims, no entity, and registration handed to an unrelated domain.

If you have money there

Stop depositing. Check your bank statement for the name that actually took the payment, because it may be neither brand. Save the WhatsApp and Telegram threads. Ask your bank about a chargeback or a recall. Report it to the FCA, ASIC and the FSCA, since the firm named all three. Refuse any paid recovery offer.
