Is Orbisolyx a scam?

Yes, on the evidence available. Italy's regulator ordered the site blocked, it names no regulator or company, and it runs an identical template to another brand blocked the same week.

The blocking order

CONSOB resolution 24002, 18 May 2026, names www.orbisolyx.com and webtrader.grumblinion-radiex.com. The finding: the activity is "the professional provision, to the Italian public, of investment services in breach of article 18, paragraph 1, of the TUF".

Under article 7-octies of d.lgs. 58/1998, CONSOB can order Italian providers to block a site rather than only warn about it. That is the stronger remedy.

The same site as Auralyex

Auralyex, blocked under resolution 23999 in the same sitting, carries the same six homepage headings in the same order, translated into Italian; the same opening paragraph; the same /en/home and /it/home structure; and the same footer format dated 2025. Auralyex's English path serves Italian text, which is what an untranslated clone looks like.

You do not deposit on the site you read

Deposits go through webtrader.grumblinion-radiex.com. It contains no brand name and is not a word. Auralyex uses webtrader.possares-renoyx.com the same way, and three other firms in the same CONSOB batches do likewise.

What the site publishes

No regulator, licence number, legal entity, registration number, address, account tiers, minimum deposit, leverage, spreads, payment methods or terms. A page headed "Flexible Account Choices" gives no account details; a section headed "Reliable Safety Protocols" names no regulator, bank or segregation arrangement.

What this does not mean

Orbisolyx has not claimed a licence it does not hold. The findings are documentary: a dated blocking order, a template shared with another blocked brand, and a deposit domain unconnected to either.

If you have money there

Stop depositing. Check your statement for the name that took the payment. Screenshot the site and the portal URL. Ask your bank about a chargeback or a recall, citing CONSOB resolution 24002. Report it to CONSOB or your own regulator. Refuse any paid recovery offer.
