Is Nexora Groups a scam?

Yes. Two Canadian regulators have named Nexora Groups, and its domains now serve a Cloudflare "Suspected Phishing" warning instead of the website.

The two regulators

• BCSC, 14 July 2026. Added to the Investment Caution List, naming nexoragroups.org and nexoragroups.io: "This company is not registered with the BC Securities Commission. If you have been approached by - or referred to - this entity, you should proceed with extreme caution and be aware of the risk before handing over any money."
• OSC, 25 August 2026. "Nexora Markets (aka Nexora Groups Corp.) found at nexoragroups.net and nexoragroups.org is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities."

Four domains between them, with only the .org on both lists. A warning attaches to one string of text, and a new top-level domain detaches the brand from every search result that warning produced. Check which domain you were actually sent to.

The site is flagged as phishing

Checked 14 September 2026: the domains serve a Cloudflare interstitial headed "Suspected Phishing" rather than the broker's pages. That is an infrastructure provider warning every visitor, not a bot block.

If you entered a password on any Nexora domain, change it now, starting with your email and anything financial, and anywhere you reused it.

The London address

The OSC alert records 10 Upper Bank St, Canary Wharf Estate, London E14 5NP. Canary Wharf addresses are available from mail-forwarding providers to anyone with a card. An address means something when a regulator's register confirms it as a registered place of business; this one appears in a warning instead.

What this does not mean

We cannot read the site, so this review makes no claim about what its pages said or what happened inside the platform. The findings are documentary: two dated provincial regulator actions across four domains, a corporate name the regulators give and the site does not, an accommodation address, and a phishing flag.

If you have money there

Change your passwords first. Do not enter anything on any Nexora domain. Note which domain you used, since the regulators treat them separately. Ask your bank about a chargeback or a recall, citing 14 July 2026 and 25 August 2026. Report it to the OSC, the BCSC, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, and to the FCA and Action Fraud given the London address. Refuse any paid recovery offer.
