Is Inzo a scam?
Inzo describes itself as a regulated broker and names no regulator. That is the finding, it comes from Inzo's own website, and it is why we rate it Scam.
What is missing
A broker that is regulated can tell you, in one line, four things: the legal entity that holds your money, its company registration number, the regulator, and the licence number. Inzo publishes the entity name INZO Group LTD and a reference, T2023182, and then stops. There is:
- No named regulator. Not one, in any jurisdiction.
- No registered address. The site cites representative locations in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and in the Comoros, which are places a company can be formed rather than places a broker is supervised.
- No register entry we could find naming INZO Group LTD as an authorised dealer anywhere.
- No evidence of segregation, and no regulator that would require it.
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is worth understanding on its own. Its Financial Services Authority stopped licensing forex brokers and has said publicly that it does not regulate forex trading. A company registration there is a company registration. It authorises nothing.
Why that matters more than any other complaint
If a licensed broker refuses your withdrawal, you complain to its regulator, and in some jurisdictions a compensation scheme pays out when the firm fails. With no regulator named, neither route exists. There is no one to complain to, no scheme, and no obligation on the firm to keep your money separate from its own.
Against that, the offer is a $50 entry account rising to a $50,000 tier, at leverage up to 1:500. On 1:500, a 0.2% move against you wipes the margin.
What to do
Ask Inzo, in writing, for the regulator's name and the licence number, then look it up on that regulator's own register. If either answer does not come, or the register entry names a different company, you have the whole review.
Capital.com and eToro are the brokers we currently rate Trusted, both with a public register entry and a compensation scheme.
