Is Investhelm a scam?

Yes, on the evidence available. Investhelm asks visitors to rely on its "full regulatory oversight" while naming no regulator, no jurisdiction, no licence number and no company, and a Canadian regulator has listed it.

The sentence

Verbatim from the site: "You can rely on Investhelm as a legitimate trading platform because it operates under full regulatory oversight."

Oversight by whom is never answered, anywhere on the site. Regulation is a named authority granting a named permission to a named company under a number on a public register. This claim has none of those four, which means there is nothing in it to check.

The regulator listing

On 14 July 2026 the British Columbia Securities Commission added Investhelm to its Investment Caution List, naming investhelm.com: "This company is not registered with the BC Securities Commission. If you have been approached by - or referred to - this entity, you should proceed with extreme caution and be aware of the risk before handing over any money." The CSA mirrored it the next day.

"Approached by" and "referred to" is the language regulators use when the reports describe unsolicited contact rather than people finding a website.

What else is absent

No legal entity, registration number, registered address, phone number, account tiers, minimum deposit figure, leverage or spreads. The site says "low minimum deposit" and "small initial deposit" without ever giving a number, which is the same move as claiming oversight without naming a regulator. Payment methods are credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal.

What this does not mean

Losing money on a trade is not evidence of fraud. The finding here is documentary: a specific representation about regulation that contains nothing verifiable, alongside a dated listing by a provincial securities commission.

If you have money there

Stop depositing, particularly if a fee has been demanded before a withdrawal. Screenshot the "full regulatory oversight" sentence now, because it is the representation that induced the deposit. If you paid by PayPal, open a dispute there first, since its window is shorter than the card schemes'. Ask your bank about a chargeback or a recall. Report it to the BCSC, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, or your own regulator. Refuse any paid recovery offer.
