TradGrip is operated by Zenith Markets PLC, IBC HT00324011 in the Comoros, citing MISA licence BFX2024031. The Banque Centrale des Comores named MISA in a communiqué of 10 December 2025 as issuing offshore licences illegally and referred the matter to prosecutors. Trustpilot has made TradGrip's rating unavailable for a guidelines breach and removed fake reviews, with 66% of 47 reviews at one star and complaints describing withdrawals blocked for months. We score it 1.7 out of 10.

Why we rated it Scam

1. There is no supervisor behind the licence

TradGrip discloses Zenith Markets PLC, IBC number HT00324011, registered in the Comoros Union at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, holding MISA licence BFX2024031.

The Banque Centrale des Comores published a communiqué on 10 December 2025, carried on the Comoros Ministry of Finance site, on the illegal exercise of offshore banking activities. It names the Mwali International Services Authority among bodies issuing licences without authority, states that licensing banks and financial establishments is exclusively the central bank’s remit, and records that it has referred the matter to the public prosecutors of Moroni, Mutsamudu and Mohéli. Article 9 of the Union Constitution and Organic Law 05-003/AU place financial regulation with the Union rather than with any individual island, and the IMF reached the same conclusion about island-level offshore bodies in 2010.

The consequence for a client is concrete rather than technical. No compensation scheme. No leverage cap. No ombudsman. No supervisor who can compel the firm to release your funds.

2. The withdrawal complaints are specific and they are about time

TradGrip has 47 Trustpilot reviews, 20 of them in the last twelve months, with 66% at one star and none at four or five. The recurring account describes withdrawals blocked for months and in some cases years, an inability to reach deposited funds at all, unresponsive support, and platform balances showing profits that could not be realised. Several reviewers describe older clients being targeted.

Trustpilot has also made the rating unavailable for a breach of its guidelines and states it removed fake reviews for the company. A minority of positive reviews praise execution speed and charting, which is what you would expect: the platform working is not the same as the money being retrievable.

3. One of a family of near-identical sites

TradGrip shares its registered address in Fomboni, its MISA licence format, its Silver, Gold and Platinum account tiers, its payment logo set and near-identical restricted-jurisdiction wording with CapPlace, FirstECN, Axwel, BXB Markets and Airmarkets. We have not established common ownership and we do not assert it. The shared template is a fact on its own.

4. Nothing about the offer is published

TradGrip does not disclose leverage, minimum deposit, spreads, withdrawal times or fees on its public site. For a firm with no supervisor, that means there is no document stating what it owes you and no authority that could enforce one.

Who TradGrip will accept

TradGrip states it does not offer CFDs to residents of the United States, Canada, Russia, Iran, Iraq, North Korea or Myanmar. The United Kingdom and the European Union are absent from that list. A firm with no UK or EU authorisation that will onboard UK and EU residents is soliciting business where it has no permission, and clients there have no local regulator with jurisdiction over it.

If you already have money with TradGrip

We are not a recovery service and we take no fee from anyone who is.

  • Put the withdrawal request in writing and keep a timestamped copy.
  • Do not deposit more to release it. There is no legitimate mechanism that works that way.
  • If you funded by card, ask your bank about a chargeback now. The scheme time limits run in months from the transaction.
  • Record the exact entity name and payment descriptor from your bank statement.
  • Report it to your national regulator so the firm can be added to a public warning list.
  • Treat any offer to recover your money for an upfront fee as a second fraud.

Questions traders ask

Is TradGrip regulated?

No, not in any sense we recognise. Its MISA licence comes from a body the Banque Centrale des Comores named on 10 December 2025 as issuing offshore licences illegally, stating licensing is exclusively the central bank’s remit and recording a referral to prosecutors.

Why is there no Trustpilot score?

Trustpilot has made the rating unavailable following a breach of its guidelines and states it has removed fake reviews for the company. The reviews themselves remain visible: 66% are one star.

What happens to my money if TradGrip fails?

Nothing protects it. No compensation scheme, no segregation requirement, no named custodian and no supervisor with authority to intervene.
